Great experience- I am a Hyatt Explorist and room got upgraded even without a request. Breakfast buffet is great as well- valet parking is also convenient and staff is helpful. Keep it up!

No complaints. Valet was awesome - Anthony, Juan, and the entire team took care of my car with no delays staying here for 4 nights. Solid team over there! Chill group of people.

The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The valet staff was especially great. David G was always super friendly and made sure our vehicle was ready for us.

Great location, well taken care of hotel. Included Breakfast was average. It was nice to have a bar in the lobby. The valet took 10-15 minutes every time. I honestly don’t know where they take the car to park, but it takes forever. The walls are THIN. You can hear everything, even the neighbor opening their blinds.

It is unfortunate some other reviewers seem to have been in rooms that were in disrepair. Ours was immaculately clean and looked brand new. We saw staff perpetually cleaning rooms on request and hallways etc. Everyone working there was incredibly friendly and professional. We traveled with a pet and they were lovely to him. We would definitely stay here again. Nice neighborhood with fun shopping and lots of restaurants if you want to spend some time nearby.

The room was clean and comfortable. Only thing that was missing was a safe. Proximity to restaurants and shopping was excellent. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. David in the valet area was very helpful and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was full due to events happening over the weekend, but the elevator wait time, lobby traffic, and check-in did not reflect that. The breakfast was a buffet. The food was delicious each day. Some of the breakfast included French toast sticks, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, oatmeal, waffles, mixed fruit, yogurt, pasta, breads, etc.. The restaurant menu was limited, but the prepared burger and chicken wings looked delicious. This hotel was about 20 minutes from Burbank Airport and also about 20 minutes from Hollywood. I used the fitness center, and the pool was open during scheduled hours.
